parole transfer

My brother will be released from Lancaster Pa prison in Feb 2009. His wife and kids live in Atlanta and want him there. His charge was for posession and distribution of child pornography. There was no interaction with children - this was stictly downloading and distributing pictures and video from the internet.

while he most likely can file a motion/petition to transfer the probation/parole to georgia, there may be some type of megan's law restriction that will prevent him from living with his kids. i know the megan's law question is not what you asked, but my guess is that this will be the biggest issue for him.
