If someone keeps getting abnormal dillutes on urine screens but they cannot help it and Parole considers that a violation what will happen? And how can they defend thereselves?

You have to provide medical evidence at the parole revocation hearing (which means lab reports, expert testimony, etc.) to explain that whatever is showing up in the urine sample is not something that violates your parole.
