Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If I was a passenger in an accident, was disabled, charged with dui, paid an attorney who tried to get me to plead guilty then botched my defense, sat in court while the police rewrote newtonian physics, laughably, am now destitute where do I begin to show how simply innocent I was?

How does a passenger get charged with DUI. Doesn't the D stand for driving? So to be charged you have to be the driver not the passenger.
