Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was a passenger in a car that got pulled over a month ago. The one cop went in the car and searched everything. I had my prescribed medication (valium) in its proper bottle. They took it away. In the same bottle was a seperate pouch of nonprescribed xanax about 8mg broken up. They also took that away. They let me go that night. They handed me no paperwork and haven't sent out any papers or warrants. The cop called me and asked me to come in to the stationnow a month later for questioning. Do I go? If I refuse will he tamper with what he took from me? Can he still charge me and what would the charges be for that amount? Can I be arrested if I go in for questioning right there?

Thanks for your help.

No you never talk to the police especially without a lawyer. You have already admitted to committing 1 felony. So even if the police officer doesn't tell you you do have the right to shut up before you say anything stupid.
