Past Arrests
If you were arrested and convicted of a DUI offense, but your record was subsequently expunged 5 years later, do you need to reveal the conviction to a prospective employer?

Re: Past Arrests
You cannot get a conviction expunged. You can only have a conviction pardoned. If you got something expunged, you may not have been convicted. If you got ARD, that is NOT a conviction, so you could have had it expunged.
As far as what to tell your future employer, read the questions closely and see what it says and answer honestly, does it ask if you have ever been arrested? ever convicted? ever got ard? in other words, read it closely and find out exactly what happened in your case and be honest.
If anything I have written is unclear in anyway, email or call. Good Luck.
