when a judge grants a pcra then appoints a lawyer to your case in a murder trial the lawyer updates the pcra #1 legal representatio was insufficent #2 public defenders violated his rights in filing an appeal to the supreme court and lists 20 case law files to back up the claim question what type of relief can the judge give under these cercomstances

This depends on the facts of the case to such a large extent that you should only accept opinions on the outcome from the attorney appointed to represent you.
