I am aware that Pennsylvania has a statute on privilege when between mental health professionals and their patients. The attorney client privilege is modeled after it. Basically, you own the privilege. What that means is the professional can not disclose privileged communications without your consent. You on the other hand could disclose it if you CHOOSE to do so.
