If a person is tried in a court of Law for murder and found Not Guilty, could another person be tried for the same murder in a different trial?

Well if Joe is tried for murder and found not guilty and it was because Joe didn't do it then if they figure out he actually did the murder that person should be tried.

Yes of course.
You may be confused about Double Jeopardy, which would prevent the prosecution from re-trying the person who was acquitted.
But that protection just doesn't apply when they try another individual for the same crime. There's no impediment that.
