I am a truckdriver. i park my motorcycle at my job then go on the road. the boss has taken my bike for a ride, sat on it played with without my consent. Do i have legal recourse?

You may have a cause of action but the damages would be minimal, if any, and probably wouldn't be worth losing your job.
