Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
petty theft
got in trouble for changing price on a item at a department store. Paid fines
thats all. Fingerprinted. Store had me sign a no tress passing paper saying if I ever got seen in one of their stores the rest of my life in any state I would be arrested. Is their not a time limit of how long the no tress passing is for.

You signed the form, so no, there's no time limit.
You shouldn't have signed the form. The court didn't make you sign it...the store asked you to sign it, and you did.
