Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I just had a PFA order in effect against my ex boyfriend tonight. I see on the paper that it has my name and our sons. I filed for just myself, not the baby. I want to only have partial custody because he is a good parent. The report will look bad on his behalf, will he risk losing the baby? Im Very nervous about that. Our court date is wednesday

It could have a negative impact on his custody of the child. However, you might be able to negate that by explaining your situation to the court if it comes to it.
