If two people both have a PFA against each other and then the one party agrees without going to court to allow the other party to spend time and live in their house while the PFA's are still in effect -- Can either or both parties that the PFA is against get into legal trouble and be arrested for violation of the PFA's which the judge signed and is a true court order that neither party is to be around the other or talk to each other only about the safety and welfare of the minor children

Yes, both can be arrested under that scenario. You have to go back into court and get the PFA set aside by the judge, or go back into court to get it modified to allow you to do what you want to do.

You just can't do this without going back to court.
