What exactly is a pheonix docket conference and what punishment would I face for a F3 shoplifting theft.....two prior charges with the same category but those were misdemeanors...also was on probation

It's a program in Allegheny County to speed upo the handling of criminal court cases. At least according to the article in the Pittsburgh paper. You can google it.
