Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
In Philadelphia,PA I was convicted of a feloney at the age of 18. For a firearms position charge. An I only served 4 years probation. As it was my first offense. Would I be able to receive a pardon from the Governor and. Then apply for my permit to carry a fire arm.

Let me get this straight. You're 22 and 4 years ago you were convicted of a felony for firearms possession. Now you want a pardon so you can legally carry a firearm in the City of Philadelphia.
Maybe it's me but somehow I don't see that happening.
