Phone call harassment

What do I do if someone has been call me all day all night on a restricted number. When I answer they say nothing I hang up tehy call back constanly. If I don't answer they call even more. I am losing sleep my new born baby gets wake up. I am tried in class. Please help me

This isn't really a legal question. maybe one of the more technical types can help you more but I suggest unplugging the phone jack from the wall when you don't want to take calls.
