Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Picture of minor

I have full legal custody of my daughter. Someone refuses to remove my daughters picture from the internet. What can I do? Their page was deleted but they created a new and put my daughter's picture back up. Also to add my daughter is 2 and claims this person physically and sexually abused. Can I do anything in regards to that matter also?

Re: Picture of minor

you can sue them. you can try to get injunctive relief in the form of a temporary restraining order against the person and an order to force them to not post the picture and use the kids name any where.
