he pulled me over for my tinted windows... he then immediately started the interrogation of the marijuana smell... pipe was then given to him.. the then searched car found nothing.. came back.. let me go because i was NOT intoxicated and no citation was wrote as of now, but he told me to ''talk to him'' about over the phone and i did an he said its the charge of possession but never said of what... i just dont wanna mess my job opportunities because this a-hole cop wanted a pipe. i think i can fight this at court an probably near get away.
