plants
i was busted with a few plants within a school zone. vice wants to make a deal and so do i. what documents do i need from them to make sure the deal is lagit?

Generally, only the District Attorney, State Attorney General and United States Attorney General can make a deal.
If you have ever seen the show Law and Order, think of it like the difference between the cops and lawyers.
As to speak to the prosecutor.
