if plead guilty to a small amount of marijuana at the district justice and paid a fine shouldn't that be a summary offense

You should contact the District Judge to obtain a copy of your case disposition sheet or contact your Attorney asap so you can find out what you plead to.

Your case could've been moved to an NT docket with a plea to a lesser charge likely a Summary offense instead of CR (Criminal) docket which may have been a Misdemeanor.

Either way, you should contact your Attorney, check the disposition sheet of your case, or you can even browse your docket sheet on the UJS Portal.
