Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
i plead to gulty today for something i did not do
today i plead gulty for some thing i did not do and when i got home i called my attorney and told i thing i made a mistake and he said that he dodnt think so but i think differant so what sould i do and i would like to talk to someone if there intrested

You need to immediately file to withdraw the guilty plea. You will need to stand trial, and you'll need to decide if that trial will be in front of a jury or just the Judge.
