Pleaing the fifth
If I already made a statement and even signed a alffidavite form can I still plea the fifth if so what happens to the person I would be testifying against.

You can still refuse to answer questions where the answer may tend to incriminate you unless you are given immunity. If you are given immunity and refuse to testify you can be held in contempt of court and jailed. The person that you are testifying against may assert that your previous statement and affidavit should be excluded because their use would violate their right to cross-examine the witnesses against them.
