Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Police Falsified Confession
This is for S 18 � 3304 ��A1
Criminal Mischief for which I
was convicted as a
misdemeanor. The only
evidence they had was my
supposed confession.
I never confessed to the crime
in question. I also have two
witnesses you can verify.
What are my options?

If you have already been convicted, your option is to appeal. If you really mean that you've been charged with this then you may have a defense. You should talk to a lawyer or the public defender as soon as possible.
