Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

police

An officer called ,e on last Friday and told me he was gping to get a warrant for my arrest dealing with a harrasment charge. He said he was pushing afor a misdeamenor 3. He claims the harrasment charge comes from me calling my 5 month old son's father to ask him for financial help with our son and to see if he could get him on his health insurance plan through his work. No warrant has been issued and no one has any paper work on this. What can I legally do aboutg this. And is it possible to sue for harrasment and mental anguish. Because of this incident I had to be put on a few didfferent drugs to cope.

Re: police

It sounds to me like the place to start is by filing a Complaint for Child Support. If you've already been awarded child support and the father isn't paying, then you may file a Petition for Contempt of Court.
