Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If a police officer said he saw me do a furitive movement while stopped for a traffic violation. is this grounds for a frisk and search? if so why?

Under Terry v Ohio which legalized stop and frisk searches the police may frisk you if they have a reasonable fear that you are in possession of a weapon.
