Police questioning a minor

Can the police question a minor if parents or attorney is not present. This did happen, and what should i do next?

I think your question is: whether the statement that was obtained by the police is admissible against the juvenile in a criminal case? Assuming this is what you meant by your question, the answer is, sometimes it is admissible and sometimes it is not. Pennsylvania does not have a bright line rule that says the statement is good or bad. The court uses many different factors to determine whether the satement should be allowed or disallowed.
