Police removing property from a yard
Are the police allowed to come on to your property and remove items from your yard saying that they are stolen but whithout having proof or a warrent? If so are they required to give you a receipt for what they take?

No, the police may not remove items from your property without a warrant or your consent. Whatever they take, they have to provide a receipt for.
