Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
polygraph testing
I was caught with a friend who had a large amount of drugs. We were in my car. I didn't know his duffle bag was full of illigal drugs. We were both arrested. This was about 6 months ago, and we have a trial coming up in a few months, where we are co-defendants with different lawyers. We are no longer friends. There is no way he'll tell the truth and clear me. Could I take a polygraph to clear myself? I am innocent.

Re: polygraph testing
They don't care if you will take a polygraph, they care that they have enough evidence to convict you.
You should talk to a private attorney as soon as possible.
