posession of marijuana

just got cought with under 2.5 grams oof weed but in 2 small bags one i forgot i even had in my pocket it happened because the cop watched me walk out of the bar and also gave me a public intox for no reason. i just got a dui like 3 months ago and im goin to ard now. what should i do, what will happen??

If you are waiting to enter ARD or if you are already in ARD, you face either not being admitted into ARD or having your ARD revoked. Either way, the result is not good. DUI's have mandatory minimum sentences resulting in jail time, loss of license for at least a year and a criminal record forever. Your most recent case...needs to go away.
