Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
is this posible
can the police send you A citation or non-traffic citation to appear at court for a harassment charge without questioning you or making an appearance at your house? i dont understand how this can happen without your knowing or being aware of what is going on! thank you

Yes. this is a minor charge in the grans scheme of things and because it is graded at the Summary or M-3 level, proceedings may in fact be initiated by summons. hire a lawyer so this doesn't snowball. sorry, but
