position of drugs

i need some advise to help beat a drug charge.. the warrant unit stopped me on the way to make a bus around the corner where i live and they are trying to state that i was in the house where they made their bust,however i was not at the port of landing

You really need an attorney. The stop may have been without probable cause but it sounds to me like they had a search warrant for the house. If so, and they saw you leaving the house it is going to be a difficult argument.
