Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

possesion of intent to deliver

My boyfriend is in jail for a parole violation (6mos) we're 5mos/2week into he's sentence. All of a sudden, the police are charging him with possesion of intent to deliver the prison is saying he has a detainor. We have no details on this matter. How can we find out details, who, what, when, where & ect. He has a prior drug charge, and I need advice on what we can do. Please someone help us, we have a family, I need him at home. What are our option??

I'm not clear on the circumstances. You can access the publicly available docket sheets which will give you more information but, off hand, it sounds to me as if you will eventually have to petition to lift the detainer before he gets released.
