i was walking from a freinds house and i ran into 2 people i say hello to they were driving quickly said hello and whent on there waymr, cop was right behind them stopped me i wasnt drinking. he searched me found my pipe. and half of a 8th . i usaly never get in trouble with the cops they tookme down to the station i guess booked me took my mug shot and i left that night there , i have to wait for them to send me a paper to got to court when i have to go, iwas only introuble 1 other time for drunkenesswhilewalking home i was wondering what to exspect and if i need an atterny and or laywer . i would greatly apreseate it i live inpa. by the way

You will probably be facing two misdemeanor charges, possession and possession of drug paraphenalia. You should probably be looking at no more than a year probation. However, that depends on the county you are in. You may be eligible for section 17 or ARD where the arrest would be taken off your record if you complete the probationary period. It's also possible that that the police were not allowed to stop and search you. Therefore, you may be able to beat the charge on suppression.
