possession and fake id
i was caught with about 4 grams of marijuana, drug paraphanalia, and a fake drivers license saying im 22. i'm currently 19, and want to know what i will likely be charged with, and what the accompanying consequences could be.

It's a small amount of marijuana. That and the drug paraphernalia and the fake license probably mean that you'll be held for court. I'll be happy to talk with you if you'd like. No charge for the phone call.

I think you need to talk to your parents about hiring private counsel as soon as possible. The penalties could be pretty bad, especially if you are hit with possession with intent and all the potential charges. THINK! --- All that matters is what your ARE charged with - why waste time discussin what MAY happen. THEN worry and get an attorney. Get RID of any fake ID's!!! After 9-11, that is becoming a felony in most states. It is in NJ, and may be in PA by now also.
