Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Praecipe to Enter Judgement?

What does this mean? I got one in the mail and from what I read on the internet it sounds like a civil judgment. I dont know anything about a civil case being filed against me what should I do?

Look at the caption on the Notice. This is a 10 day notice most likely and that means that the plaintiff's attorney believes that there was valid service. If I'm right, this is a Notice of Intent to file a Praecipe to Enter Judgment. You should go to the Office of the Prothonotary for the County where the action was filed.
