Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
i have a pre sentance investigation in about three days and ive drug tested myself a few times only to find im still showing up positive for thc when i stopped smoking about two months ago. my charges are marijuana related and i dont know whats gonna happen. can anybody please give me some insight?
