Prelim hearing without a lawyer

I have a prelim hearing tomorrow.I was advised by the pub def office that i dont qualify for representation b/c my husband makes too much $. i don't have any access to the family funds my husband has pursued this poss of cont substance action against me. Will the judge more than likely re schedule the prelim hearing cause i don't have an atty? iwhat if they ask how i want to plead? yes my husband will be there tomorrow not onmy behalf. im accuse by him for filling an rx w/out his consent. we are living together still and we have 3 kids and no $$ to afford a lawyer because he won't pay for one. the last response was very helpful onthis site I just don't know where to turnin such short notice. i am in western pa pittsburgh...

Sorry for the delayed response. By now what has happened has happened. My guess is that the Magistrate continued the Preliminary Hearing. If this is so and I can be of any help, please let me know. The Public Defender's Office here in Allegheny County is very helpful in matters like these but it appears from your zip code that you are in Beaver County and I'm not familiar with their office.
