Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Can i press charges on someone who agreed to sell me a car and took my 2,300 dollars? I asked for the money back and he refuses to return it. This offense occured in Pennsylvania.

If he took your money, promised to sell you a car, refused to sell the car, and kept the money, you may be able to file criminal charges. You could contact your local district attorney's office and ask to file a criminal complaint.
You may also be able to recover your money through civil means. You could sue for the money back and/or first have an attorney send a demand letter to him.
If you need anything else, feel free to let me know.
