Pressing Charges on a 16 year old
okay so I've got a friend who's in a little trouble. He had sex with his girlfriend but since he is 16 and she is a little younger, he can be pressed for rape by her mother, the para legal. Now she hasn't yet but we all get the feeling she like's hanging his life in the balance. So what can we do? I mean how long until she can't press charges or is there anything we can do so that she can't press charges? I really need help, he's a mess.

I'm not so sure that you have a statutory rape situation. It depends on the girl's age. As far as her mother being a paralegal, I don't think that makes any difference.
