Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have two prior state drugs convictions for which I received probation only. Can I get them off my record since my last conviction was almost ten years ago?

It is almost impossible to expunge felony convictions from you record in PA until you are an old man. Were you given a special program, like Section 17 or ARD?
