Private Attorney and Public Defender: It depends on the rules associated with that particular Public Defender's Office.

ADA and Judge: There might be a serious conflict there. Check with PA Ethics Board. / Also it would depend on the circumstances associated with the case.

Private Attorney Discusses with Outside Source: That might be a breach of confidentially, unless the client signed a waiver and allowed his private lawyer to discuss the case with outside sources.
