should i hire a lawyer///cannot afford a lot of money at once on 2/23/3009 a private criminal complaint was filed against me in local dist court//person spoke to asst dst attrny/he is suppossedly contacting local police---i have heard nothing to this date and cannot find out anything on my own-have no idea what is going on
