probation conditions

Hello.. I would like to know if probation conditions differ for every person.. Does the judge or whoever decide exactly what you can or cannot do? Does the judge decide which sanctions ( i think it's called) to give you?

Re: probation conditions

It is up to the sentencing Court to impose conditions of probation. Frequently the Assistant District Attorney's Office will request certain conditions such as no contact with a victim, etc.
