Im on probation and having hard time paying fine.i work parttime and sendin in as much as i can.i have court for revocation hearing since my probation was only for 4 months.i didnt have enough time to pay it all.will i be sent to jail? How can i set up payment plan? I would suggest contacting your probation officer and working out a payment plan with them. You could always hire a lawyer to talk to your probation officer and work out a payment plan for you.
