Can the juvenile probation department in chester county, pennsylvania, urine test for alcohol?

Why couldn't they? If you have been convicted or if you are on a consent decree or a deferred adjudication, why couldn't they check you for anything they wanted to check for. Some POs and Judges may think alcohol is worse then pot for kids?
