Probation
I have been on probation for 44 months of the 60 month sentence. I would like to know if I can get an early release.

If all of your fines are paid your chances are probably good. You have to file a Petition with the Court that imposed the sentence.

Have you contacted the attorney who assisted you with the case? Has that attorney contacted the Judge?
