My third probation violation by getting a DUI

I recently got pulled over for a DUI. When the officer asked me if i had been drinking i lied and said no because i had only had two beers and i didnt figure he would be able to tell. he arrested for a dui after giving me a field sobriety test and seeing that my eyes were dialated. He then took me back to the station to give me a breath test. i blew a .081 . The main thing that i am worried about is this is my third probation violation for a misdemeaner 2 & 3 charge. last february i seved 60 days in the county jail for my second violation which was for a dirty urine test. my first violation was for drinking also. i told my probation officer and he said that the only reason that he didnt put me in jail that day was because he didnt want me to lose my job and because i was honest and told him before he found out from someone else. i have revocation court on march 13 at 1:30 and my dui hearing is march 17 at 11:00. do you think that i should seek representation to lesson my outcome or would it be pointless to do so?

An attorney can frame your case in the best possible light. The main issue being what steps can you take to show the court you have learned your lesson and will tow the straight and narrow. An expert witness might be helpful to show the possibility that the alcohol level was from something other than drinking but obviously you could not perjure yourself, the expert could only raise a doubt as to your guilt. I offer freee consultations.

Unless you want to go to jail, you had better retain counsel...failure to do so will cause you considerable problems down the road. My office primarily handles Criminal and Traffic matters, call me ASAP...the longer you go without representation the worse this will get!
