probation violation

If someone is servicing time for a probation violation what is the maximum they could possily have to serve? How long do they have to wait to be sentenced?

Re: probation violation

For a probation violation the defendant can be resentenced on the initial charges. Whatever the Max is for the initial charges would be the max for the probation violation plus whatever the max is for the offense that violated probation.
