Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Probation/Criminal Law
I was (am) on probabtion and have left the country (USA). Is it likely the police will actively try to find me? My offense was non violent and not drug related. Will I only place myself in jeopardy of arrest if pulled over/interrogated should I return to the states?
