Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, i have a problem with indecent assault. I tried to calm a lady down by grabbing her arm and kissing her on the chick and she did not prevent me. She is a janitor at the place i work. She tried to tell the sad story of her and her son being in a car and crashing a car and then started to cry and i felt sorry for her and tried to calm her down. After that i even came back and apologized if i had done any improper act and she told me that everything is ok and squeezed my hand in a friendly manner. But she called the police and they took me for investigation to philadelphia police department. I want to know what can a lawyer do for me to prove that it was not a sexual assault?

Hire an experienced criminal defense attorney and don't talk to the police again without an attorney.

An attorney knows the strict definition of the crime and may be able to convince the police that what you did doesn't fit the definition.

A kawyer knows what needs to be shown to constitute such an offense.

Perhaps a lawyer can head off the filing of charges.
