Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Can the prosecution use my profile picture for facebook as a way of identifing me to the victim in place of a mugshot?? and my other question is is prima facie met if there was a dna kit done but was never presented?? this is a pennslyvania case

The policew can use whatever photo they have of you. Yes it was the DA seldom presents all th evidence at a preliminary hearoing.
